 HOME PROTECTION PLAN (H.P.P.)

This yearly service plan provides three (3) seasonal services to your home.  The plan provides timely preventive interior and exterior applications.  Included in the first service is the control of any immediate pest problems.  In addition, free emergency service is available whenever required (during normal working hours).  Our guarantee to you is that we will provide this service by the next working day or you will receive a credit toward future service.*

The pests specifically covered by this plan are:

COCKROACHES, FOOD INFESTING INSECTS, SPIDERS, SILVERFISH, EARWIGS, MILLIPEDES, CENTIPEDES, CRICKETS, CLOVER MITES, GROUND BEETLES, BEES’ NESTS, WASPS’ NESTS, MICE, RATS, AND ANTS (EXCLUDES CARPENTER ANTS).

* Provided that you, the customer, require service by the next working day.  This plan does not cover termites or other wood destroying insects, mosquitoes, animals, birds, or any other pest not included in this plan (unless otherwise noted).

NOTE: If you are not home during scheduled appointments, treatment and inspections will be made to the exterior, the major entry points for insects and rodents, and will be considered a completed service for your convenience.

CARPENTER ANTS

                          This program provides an intensive initial service to eliminate Carpenter Ant infestations in the home.  Westfield Pest Control’s program includes thorough inspection, probing of cracks and crevices, wall voids and moisture-prone areas both interior and exterior.  In certain situations we may need to drill very small holes (1/8” in diameter) to eliminate nests.  To further protect and eliminate Carpenter Ants, Westfield Pest Control will be inspecting and treating various areas such as mulch beds, trees and fence posts.  A protective barrier is also applied around the exterior of your home to eliminate and prevent Carpenter Ants from re-entering.  This treatment is guaranteed for one (1) year, and may be renewed according to the conditions on the guarantee.  Should re-infestation occur, any treatments during the guarantee period will be at no additional charge.  Please read the reverse side of this Agreement for customer responsibilities.

CARPENTER ANT RENEWAL

                          As extended coverage, Westfield Pest Control offers our Carpenter Ant renewal plan.  This plan gives the homeowner an extra year of protection at a reduced price.  Included is a thorough inspection of both interior and exterior areas of your home.  A protective barrier is also applied around the exterior of your home to eliminate and prevent Carpenter Ants from re-entering.  This treatment is guaranteed for one (1) year.  Should infestation re-occur, any treatments during the guarantee period will be at no additional charge.  Please read the reverse side of this Agreement for customer’s responsibilities.     

YOUR TERMITE GUARANTEE AND INSPECTION

1.      Have a qualified inspector carefully inspect your home both inside and outside, to determine if any infestation has taken place. This inspection, of necessity, is limited to the areas, which are readily visible and readily accessible.

2.      If there are any signs of active termites, Westfield Pest Control will promptly take the necessary steps to control them. There will be no charge for these treatments.

3.      Our inspection program commences in late summer and is generally completed by March 31 of the following year. The inspections are made without reference to the date of your expiration. They are made according to the geographical location of your property to eliminate excessive travel time. This enables us to provide this service at economical rates.
